WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 5-10 business days.. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please contact us at email@example.com
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES,
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We gladly accept returns for retail credit of unwashed, unworn, ticketed retail items within 30 days of purchase.
All sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted. For damaged goods, we offer an exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS PLACED?
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, email us as soon as possible with all details and we will do our best to adjust your order before it ships.
We do not offer refunds on retail purchases. However, unwashed, unworn and ticketed items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE AN OVERSEAS ORDER?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at @luvfitnessstudios.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
